There's nothing wrong with educating people of the risks involved, but people should be free to make their own decisions, and not others making decisions for them.

I do not think people should be free to make the decision to smoke in the presence of others, who do not wish to be contaminated by their second-hand smoke. That'd be much like saying, "I'm free to fire my gun -- if you get hit, it's your fault for having been in the wrong place at the wrong time."

I do believe in freedom. I couldn't care less if others smoke...
because I am addicted to espresso...so I understand why they love to smoke.
And I would never prevent them from doing it.

I am sure a US judge won't equate (like you do):
a) Serial rapist/murderer
with
b) Death by car accident

or

a) Premeditated murder
with
b) Death by car accident

So smokers are serial rapist murderers??
