I do not think people should be free to make the decision to smoke in the presence of others, who do not wish to be contaminated by their second-hand smoke. That'd be much like saying, "I'm free to fire my gun -- if you get hit, it's your fault for having been in the wrong place at the wrong time."There's nothing wrong with educating people of the risks involved, but people should be free to make their own decisions, and not others making decisions for them.
