I think Jake Gyllenhall would have been a good choice, he's part Jewish and looks more middle eastern than Christian Bale. Then again he is young.
Maybe Adrian Brody would have been good too.

Why would anyone post a thread such as this in a DIR?
While I shared the same sentiment at first (since it is a movie and therefore a matter of popular culture), it is a film depicting the life of a prominent figure in the Abrahamic tradition who is revered by Jews, Christians and Muslims. Therefore, I suppose it does sort of fit? :sarcastic :areyoucra

Why not? It has to do with Moses, a central prophet in all three Abrahamic faiths. You got a problem with it, report it to the mods.
