Someone recently resurrected an old thread asking "Can Christians go Naked?" It got me thinking about how inhibited and non-inhibited people can be about their bodies. Sooo,

How much money would it take you to appear full-frontal naked in a movie?
The premise here is that the movie producer is going to give you a choice of ranges, but cautions that if you choose a range he feels is too high you wont get the job.

So, which box would you check?

$00.00 - $1,000

$1,000 - $10,000

$10,00 - $50,000

$50,000 - $100,000

$100,000 - $500,000

I'm rich enough that I don't need half a million dollars.

Up until I was in my early 40's people mistook me for being in my 20's. I was fit and gorgeous, and that isn't just my own deluded opinion. I was an exhibitionist, wearing as little as I could and often getting rid of that at every opportunity. Even in those instances where I probably shouldn't have considered it an opportunity as such. Public places, bars, nature. A lot of that had to do with drinking as well.

So at that time I would have done it for nothing even though I could have used some money.

After my heart attack my weight increased as rapidly as my great looks diminished so that now, at 52, I look like Jabba the Hutt. So, I would do it now for a joke but it would cost you and if you were going for a tasteful film I would strongly advise against it, 'cause, damn! I am one fat ugly turd.

So minimum before 40 and maximum after.

I assume I'm being paid for the job apart from this? Otherwise it sounds more like soft porn than acting...

Other than its lack of a virtually any script and acting talent, soft porn is bad because . . . . . . ?

In any case, yes, the producer will legitimize it any way you want. :) How about the new, R rated Casablanca?.

I chose the same number I'd ask if was just to appear in a bit part, 1,000 - 10,000. Ain't proud of my old body anymore, to be honest, because at 71 it's not quite what it was. But I'm also not obsessed with such things as the horrors of seeing naked human beings. If my face, or my meagre acting abilities, are wanted for whatever artistic purpose, then if my naked body will also contribute to that artistic purpose, I'm not fussed with it.

By the way, I used to sit naked for art students (when I was much younger and prettier) at Toronto's OCAD University (Ontario College of Art and Design). Wasn't much fussed about that either, except once, when a wee part of me got slightly out of control...

Because I want to be taken seriously as an actor, of course!

The more serious answer is that I don't have any issues with nudity, but I'd be unlikely to accept something where nudity is the whole focus.

Who needs a movie? I'm posting naked right now!

And I'm not voting until multiple choices are allowed.

Like most, nudity doesn't bother me. I would of course like to get paid as much as I could for such work. But as @lewisnotmiller pointed out, the type of work matters.

So, there is a set of facts under which I would appear naked for nothing. Likely, I would want to be paid.

I assume you believe nudity in movies is immoral, which is fine, but why?

.
Remember Adam and Eve? After tehy ate the forbidden fruit they realized they were naked so they covered themselves with leaves. People have lost that sense of immorality. But I guess you do not believe those Bible stories.
