i have a strong tendency toward the Libertarian ideals

probably because of the times I grew up in

i would dream of living somewhere in Idaho or Wyoming, about 150 years ago

but the modern world kind of ruins all dreams of real freedom

I prefer our age to the 1800s.
Relatively painless dentistry is awesome.

I might be able to visualize an easier way of asking this question, by asking something like.....

"Would you rather live in a country ran by people like Bernie Sanders and the AOC, or be under China's rule?"

Then we can save the mud-slinging as to whether China is authoritarian communist for later.
