Life is short.....go for the relapse.
Have you ever seen The Journey of Gnatty Gan ? It would make a great coffee commercial.About that gnat,
that poor guy flew around the house for about an hour and a half.
Every time he tried to land, he would roll over a couple of times,
then he would take off and fly some more, but that's ok,
he finally tried to land on the cream and drowned.
But that's ok, I don't use cream anyway, where's my coffee ?

I have become concerned of my coffee intake....as sooooooo much sugar is needed.
anyone have numbers on how much sugar a 160 man can swallow in a day?
An American male who at the surface of the Earth experiences about 160 lbs of force and is mostly sedentary should probably keep sugar intake down to about 10% of his calories. Hold the Sugar, US Nutrition Panel Recommends I believe coffee intake may modify this number however, and coffee changes the way the body processes sugar. It makes you just a little more bitter I think.I have become concerned of my coffee intake....as sooooooo much sugar is needed.
