Cops will be cops no matter where they are or what they are doing.
It doesn't matter if they are responding to a "wellness check" or one of these "community out reach programs" (which are total crap), they will ALWAYS be a cop first and think of you as an enemy.
Cops are programmed to think everyone needs to obey every word that they say...always. And if that doesn't happen...well...cops only know how to respond with force and violence.
