Most people in Sweden and Finland now want to join NATO.

"Perceptions, as Hinduism says, are always false - 'maya', illusions."
Based on this claim, everything maya is false and illusory.

Therefore, there is no difference between telling a truth and telling a lie, since they both refer to false, illusory perceptions and not real things. In other words, there is no difference between claiming that NATO attacked Russia, and claiming that Russia attacked Ukraine: they are both parts of maya, which, as you yourself have claimed, is "always false".
The truth of the perceived world belongs to that level. And it cannot be ignored. When a dog comes snarling at you, you have to run for your safety.
In the perceived world, there sure are NATO, Russia, Ukraine and war. The game is on, the game always goes on.
At the level of absolute truth, there is no you and no snarling dog. No NATO, no Russia, no Ukraine, no war.

That's one way to see things.
But another way is more useful, ie,
what we observe in the natural world.
That includes countries, associations,
actions, etc.

Yeah, there are different ways to see the world.
It is nice to see the world in a way which does not come naturally to us.

A possible problem....
If you don't believe there is any war, this could
have deleterious consequences if you travel to
a war zone. You don't believe war exists, but
war has other ideas.

So you are walking back your earlier claim that perceptions are inherently false.

Depends on what level you are talking about it. True for the perceived world, false for the world of absolute truth. Depends on whether you are on the first floor or on the ground floor.

Now that we got that cleared up, I reiterate my earlier claim that peering behind the veil of propaganda reveals material truth inaccessible to those who swallow a government's message hook, line and sinker.

I wonder....
If the Russian military survives the Ukraine invasion,
would Putin invade Finland again if they seek NATO
protection from another Russian invasion?

Finland Nato: Russia threatens to retaliate over membership move
My Russian was never better than a toddler back in the day.
But I translated Putin's response.....
"How dare you join NATO!
We only invaded you once, & then we generously retreated.
(BTW, you still owe us for all the Russian soldiers you killed
when we tried to conquer you.) We'll invade & destroy you
if you take any steps to prevent our invasion."
