The fog is low and hanging on the mountains feet this morning.

There is much to appreciate and see in Nature, if only one looks for it.

Edit: Thought I'd add some appropriate mood music.

In London everything stops when it snows. Had to abandon the car and walk home from work last night. The one thing you won’t see in any of these photos is a bus…

Teacher: Life is fleeting, like a passing mist.
It is like trying to catch hold of a breath;
All vanishes like a vapor; everything is a great vanity.
3 What good does it do anyone to work so hard again and again,
sun up to sundown? All his labor to gain but a little?
4 One generation comes, another goes;
but the earth continues to remain.

Ecclesiastes.

Gorgeous photos. I'd love to visit London in the winter.

It’s a good time to visit, if you don’t mind the long hours of darkness. But you’re probably used to that in the Pacific NW?

A few years back a friend of mine dated a woman from Texas, who arrived in London in November for a two year work placement. She went home the next February, couldn’t handle the relentless Dickensian gloom.
