Morning ... A Star Was Born

She shined like a diamond in the sky so brightly that three kings found her shortly after her birth and brought her gifts. She was always protected. I guess that had a thing to do with the hit that was put on her life before she was born. They knew she was coming and would change the way of life forever. She was a soldier, a general, some called her a king .... The men of her day, much like today trembled, knowing the hardness of their hearts. Polyandry ... The men preferred polygamy, boasted monogamy, and would sneak to go visit their Mistress. She changed all that, if only for a brief time. She was like a bright shining star in a time of great darkness. She still is ....

What's her name.? Some call her god and for good reason... My guess is she could rock you like a hurricane get you on your knees for more, and have you wiping sweat off your brow after her formal introductions were satisfied. The question is ... Well, it shouldn't be but some still do. Are others as she was or is there only one? They are ... All of them. It's plain to anyone with eyes and ears to hear.

THE HEBREW SCRIPTURES

Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed. (Genesis 28:14)

I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; a Star shall come out of Jacob; a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and batter the brow of Moab, and destroy all the sons of tumult. (Numbers 24:17)

THE RABBINIC WRITINGS

A STAR shall proceed out of Jacob, and there shall come a SCEPTRE in Israel. The KING Messiah is here spoken of as a STAR. (Rabbi Lieva of Prague)

When a king shall arise out of Jacob and the Messiah be anointed from Israel, He will slay the princes of Moab, and reign over all the children of man. (Targum Onkelos)

Our rabbis have a tradition that in the week in which the Messiah will be born there will be a bright STAR in the east , which is "THE STAR OF THE Messiah." (Pesikta Sotarta fol. 58. c.1)

THE NEW TESTAMENT
