More than 400 millionaires tell Congress: Don’t cut our taxes

I make a good amount of change. It is what it is and I'm not trying to boast. We want all perspectives in this forum, right? Just don't suggest to me that I didn't earn my income.

I'm fine with high income folks being taxed more. The data from other countries suggest trickle down is not as good as other socialists systems and I'm no socialist!

I want my fellow man to be able to live comfortably but I also believe in a balance of self-dependence and producing back to society. Being successful is a mix of many things, not just luck. We can't always blame luck or lack of fairness for our failures.

Which is why I am surprised when financially conservative folks tend to vote on a republican tax model that seeks to hurt them the most. Trump's tax proposals should be of no surprise to anyone. Any analyst worth their salt was predicting this in October of last year.

That's because our two party system forces people to vote either socially or financially.

I am very socially left but slightly economically right. That's why I vote left most of the time.

So tis good that you step up fix things!
(It looks really bad when an umlaut is missing.)

I don't know the layout of American keyboards. Do you have a key called 'Alt Gr'? If you hold that in it gives every vowel an accent - except y which as I learned in school is a 'part time vowel'.

I have an <alt> key.
I'm sure it's doable on my keyboard...but I'm too uninterested to look into it.
