Moral Immigration control:Options

Nelson Mandela chastised S Africans as some discriminated against immigrants from neighbouring countries.

India is an economic powerhouse. It has to undertake very strict controls on immigrants from neighbouring countries.Understandably desperate for a better life.

The United Kingdom is now in the spotlight.Debates on morality of Rwanda and electronic tagging are in session.Especially critical are religious groups.Note the idea was to discourage human trafficking and perilous crossings of the English channel resulting in the loss of life.

Its difficult. All countries want to be welcoming. They also need to have enough good housing, medical, schools and jobs.Personally I think ALL countries should sign up to take a strict quota as per each national emergency. So many from Afghanistan,so many from Ukraine and for the future from which ever country
The difficult question:Can outsourcing and tagging be moral?.Are there any better alternatives?
