I started to experiment with different fruit juices and liquor tonight. I made a decent drink and wanted to share it:

1 oz of Guayaba juice
1 oz of Pineapple juice
1 oz of vodka [i used grey goose]
1 oz of Coconut Rum
1/2 oz of Triple sec

Man was this gooooooood!

Any other good drinks out there that you like to make?

Mmm.. Porn Stars! Though it's a shot, not a drink.

1/2 Oz Blue Curacao
1/2 Oz Sourpuss, both mixed in the same shot glass.

1/4 glass of 7-up or Sprite.

Take the shot glass and put it in the glass glass. Don't tip it over, put it in standing straight up, and shoot it back. Mmm.. my favorite.

Hey good post Circle! What's that drink that tastes like Dr. Pepper? I think you put a shot down into a glass full of whatever and then when you drink it, it really tastes like Dr. Pepper?

For all of my Greek brothers and sisters our there, you'll recognize this one:

JUNGLE JUICE (a' la Neale)
Ingredients:
-1 laundry and/or utility container (if you're a college kid, you have a TONNE of these)
-1 fifth of Everclear, or "Golden Grain" if you're in the south.
-5 packs of assorted Kool-Aid drink mixes, your choice. Don't mix more than two or three flavors.
-1 cup sugar
-2 cans of Sprite
-2 to 3 banannas, cut in small pieces
-several cups of berries and various fruit: apples, oranges, tangeries, watermelon, etc. You really can't go wrong with this part.

Technique:
Combine all ingredients into laundry container. Take bottom drawer or shelf from fridgerator and place laundry container inside. Stir every few hours, or until cold. Enjoy!

Here are a few of my favorite, simple combos:

-Vanilla rum and root beer (this year's specialty. A&W or Barq's root beer taste best)
-Vanilla vodka and orange Poweraide (it's a dreamsicle that keeps you hydrated! I swore by this one my sophomore year)
-Any vodka, two liter of Mountain Dew and one pack Crystal Light.
-Jagermeister and Red Bull
-Green apple vodka (Burnett's) and Red Bull (this was my drink of choice my freshman year)

...I forget the rest.

A few of my favorites:
- and Old Fashioned: muddle two cubes of sugar, a wedge of orange and a cherry with a dash of Angostura bitters in a rocks glass with an ounce of club soda, add ice, then fill the rest of the glass with whiskey
- the Godfather: 2 parts whiskey to 1 part amaretto over ice (you can use Vodka to make it a Godmother)
- Cosmopolito: 2 parts 100% agave Tequila (the good stuff), 1 part Cointreau, a dash of fresh lime juice, and a dash of cranberry juice. Rim the glass with a lemon wedge. A delicious new spin on the old cosmo!
...and some the best recipes I've created:
- Applejack: equal parts apple juice and cinnamon schnapps (preferably Goldschlager)
- (my wife's favorite) Apple Martini: 1 part Vodka, 1 part Apple Pucker, a dash of pineapple juice and a dash of Cointreau
- the French Fuzz: 2 parts peach schnapps, 1 part Vodka, 1 part Galliano, and 2 parts orange juice
- Blushin' Russian: equal parts half and half, Vodka, coffee liqueur (preferably Kahlua), and black raspberry liqueur (preferably Chambord)
- Espresso Shooter: equal parts dark rum and coffee liqueur
- Mexican Coffee Shooter: equal parts Tequila and Coffee Liqueur

... I love drinkin'... who the h*ll don't?

That's called a Dr. Pepper shot :D

It's an Oz of amaretto, put in a shotglass. Then you fill a beer stein between 1/4 and 1/2 the way full of beer and drop the amaretto shot into the beer stein and chug.

It really does taste like Dr. Pepper. That's another of my favorite shots.

I've got tons (used to bartend at aftershow parties when I was a groupie).

We call those depth charges! That's a surefire way to get wasted at top speed too.

My favourite drink is:

1 tumbler
2 fingers of single malt.

Sip slowly.

I'm all about the fruity drinks. A few favorites are Malibu Bay Breeze, Mai Tai, and a Brazilian drink called capairinha. The capairinha is kind of like a margarita, only stronger. It's the only drink that's gotten me truly drunk (quite by accident!). And it took only three of 'em. But, then, I'm also an incredible lightweight when it comes to drinking..... I nearly got drunk once from drinking a concoction of Vodka and fruit-punch flavored Kool-aid! That stuff was pretty yummy.....:D

mmmm... perfection in a glass... the best are religious experiences themselves!

I like what I call, praying scotch. It's when you get a single malt that is so good you sip it, bow your head as if in prayer, look at the glass and say, "Damn, that's good scotch.". I split a bottle of 18 year old Glennlevit with a buddy and we were praying all night. LOL!

Pisco Sour:
Get one of those little cans of Minute Maid frozen lime juice concentrate.
Put the concentrate in a blender, then put the same measure of pisco and the same measure of water. Add an egg white (yes a raw egg white), a little bit of sugar and a dash of Angostura bitter. Blend.: mmmmm.

Caipiroska:
Cut one lime into 8 small wedges. Pour two teaspoons of sugar on top, and mash them up with a pestle or an empty beer bottle. Pour into a small glass, cover with crushed ice and fill the glass with vodka. Nice drink on a hot summer day.

I'm a big fan of mojitos.

Buy fresh mint, crush it up good in the bottom of the glass, add cane sugar or sugar syrup, rum, and lime juice. Enjoy!

Coconut rum:

Take a coconut, drain the milk, and fill with sugar (preferably brown). Cork tightly, and keep in a cool, dry place for at least three months (preferably more). Then strain into a bottle.

I found this in an old bartender's guide. You get an extremely thick and sweet liquor that tastes like molasses. A true rum? I'm not sure... I use it in frosting recipes. Taste great mixed with icings for cinnamon buns.
