Oh that looks quite nice. Is it rice? And is the yellow from saffron? And what are the brown round objects? nuts? Sultanas?

It's flattened rice. It has peanuts, onion flakes, green chiles, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, lemon, and coriander.

@exchemist , Salix's recipe is similar to mine though I omit the onion and sometimes add diced potato.

No, I remembered. You just slept too late so I ate it for lunch. :p

Maybe you'll make a bowl at lunch tomorrow that I can eat for breakfast?

I seldom eat breakfast, but when I do, I prefer spicy. This fits the bill.
I always eat breakfast, but in the English style with toast and marmalade, and tea of course. I don't eat cooked breakfasts any more though, apart from a boiled egg once in a while.
