Jesus likens manna to bread that gives eternal life. so then could hidden manna be likened to something that nourishes. And, if so, what could it be?

I have heard it could be bug poop or something. Hebrews dragged along with Moses kinda resented the Fear Factor dining experience.

Actually Jesus says He is the manna in Jn 6:31. Then He says He is he breads of life. Bread is a symbol for God 's word---Mans shall not lived by bread alone but from every word that comes fro the mouth of God. Just as literal bread nourishes one literally and keeps them from dying, God's word nourishes us spiritually so we will not die spiritually

Mann is also a prophecy of the second coming. Manna means "what is it?" The first time itg came they did not know what it was. The second time it came they recognized it.

The first time Jesus came, the Jews did not recognize Him. They will the second time He comes.
