Lovelace has come out! Yep! Too True!
He is a most impressive Carolina Drake. A sweet Carolina Duck called Molly has always loved Lovelace, she tufts his feathers and has followed him about for years......... and all for nothing! Unrequited Love! Lovelace has never ever been interested in Molly or any of the other girls. Never! But he does like to sit with one other Drake.
Our garden is full of golf balls which I collect when I go out on to the foreshore for oysters; golfers drive them off the top of the cliffs here for some reason, and so I pick them up and chuck 'em in the garden when I get home. And it's fun to watch the seagulls trying to figure out how to get a meal out of a golf ball!
About a week ago Lovelace made a depression in the shingle, herded several golf balls in to it, and then decided to hatch them. Molly got quite excited about this but when she tried to sit on them Lovelace booted her off........ they are HIS golf balls and come Hell or high water he is going to hatch a flight of ducklings out 'em. Yeah!
Patient readers, I think that Lovelace has finally come out, maybe as transgender, maybe as asexual or homosexual, and he can sit on his golf balls for as long as he pleases, and there will be even more for him by next year ..... and forever.
And that is what this thread is all about, the natural condition that can occur in any species to just happen to be LGBTQI or A. And if a Carolina Drake called Lovelace can be, let's just accept that Humans can, and since Jesus DID NOT rant against such conditions, but most certainly showed love and understanding for all, isn't it time that all Christian churches accept gender equality and LGBTQIA folks?
