And in the section about Lieh-Tzu, on page 26, I came across this, and it made a bid difference in my life, and yet it said so little

He encouraged people to trust nature and find balance, both within and without. This lifestyle leads to the life of Tao -- uninhibited, creative, and free.

There was something I was fighting against, not accepting, and not following what was only natural for me at this time. Once I accepted it, things seemed to relax and get a little easier
