A dog ‘ripped off and swallowed’ a man’s genitals after he smothered his crotch with peanut butter, a police source has revealed. The 22-year-old was knocked unconscious from the pain and was found fully clothed lying in a pool of his own blood. Emergency paramedics raced to the flat in Haddington, East Lothian, Scotland, and took him to hospital on October 7.

He was put in an induced coma at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, where doctors battled for days to stabilise his condition. Unfortunately for the young man, his organs couldn’t be reattached as the Old English bulldog had eaten them, The Times reports.
