Lessons from a Buddhist monk

Geoff-Allen

Greetings all!

I hope you are enjoying your time spent here on the forum this day.

I found a few podcasts featuring Matthieu Ricard. This page has a summary and the podcast to listen to as well - maybe two-fifths of the way down the page.

Ricard has been called the happiest man on earth due to brain scans of experienced meditators.

He himself doesn't take the title terribly seriously - he says plenty of people are at least as "happy" as him :)

Okay - almost forgot! - here is the page with the podcast -

3 lessons I learned from the Tibetan monk who works with the Dalai Lama and went viral as 'the happiest man alive'
