Then why do you apply the label 'christian' to yourselves?

Why do you never have anything constructive to say? Participate in the current debate, or don't. Stop beating a drum nobody is listening to.

We absolutely believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, our Redeemer, and our Savior. Our belief in the Godhead accentuates, rather than diminishes that belief. The Book of Mormon declares itself as a witness that Jesus is the Christ. All that we believe revolves around that core belief. The Savior is so incredibly important in our doctrine and in our personal lives, that yes we very much Christian.

Would Christians concur with this view?

It's not confusing to me. "God" can refer to the Father, Son, or Holy Ghost individually. Or it can refer to them collectively. I think your chart is an explanation of the Trinity and not Mormon doctrine.

So now atheists get to decide who's Christian and who isn't??? The doctrine of the Trinity is just one of many Christian theories about the relationship of Jesus and God, you definitely don't have to believe in the Trinity to be called a Christian, that's completely ridiculous, anyone who follows and respects the teachings of Jesus can call themselves Christian. Even Islam is a Christian religion in the sense that they follow and respect the teachings of Jesus, who is not Christian is these muck about debaters trying to tell us who's Christian and who's not.

Mormons believe Adam was also involved in creating the Earth. This was before he was put in the Garden of Eden. He was called Michael then.

Some Christians know what we believe and therefore accept us as Christian.
Some Christians don't know what we believe and mistakenly think we are not Christian.
Some Christians know what we believe and choose to leave us out of their definition of Christian. They would say that one must accept the Trinity to be Christian. They would say that Mormons believe in "a" Jesus, but sense that Jesus in not part of the Trinity, he must be a "different" Jesus from the Jesus of the Bible. Therefore. Mormons are not Christian as the. y do not believe in the Jesus of the Bible.
My definition of Christian is more liberal than the above. I would say that even though a person believes in the non-biblical Trinity, yet accepts Jesus as their Lord and Savior, they qualify as Christian. I will accept that their Jesus and my Jesus is the same person.

Will they accept that? Will christians - knowing Mormon doctrine - agree that Jesus created the earth under the direction of his father?

Mormons believe that every human being ever born into the world, lived with God before we came here. None of us, including Adam (or Michael) were Gods.

I don't know which Christians will accept what. Clearly, there are doctrinal differences between Mormons and other Christians. But there are differences between all Christian denomination. My point is that I accept others as Christians, even if I don't accept all that they believe. The belief that Jesus is the Son of God is my yardstick for being a Christian.

Yes, but he was not God or a God. God can send me on an errand to help the poor, for example. I don't have to be God, to help him do his work. Nor does he need me to do his work. I'm not Omnipotent, but he is.
I believe that most Christians who understand what we actually believe about Jesus, how we feel about him in our hearts, and how we apply his teachings to our lives, will readily accept us as Christians, in spite of our doctrinal differences.
