Konkokyo... ever heard of it?

Basically, it's an offshoot of Shintoism/Buddhism, only the founder basically went full-on panentheism. Saw the other deities as one major deity called Tenchi Kane no Kami (basically something like the "Parent God"). Gender is "they" rather than he or she. Founder believes all the world is sacred, and that the goal of life is to become a "living kami" and a large part of life is just helping people with their problems (they have a confession-like ritual, where people talk to the priest and the guy tries to help, but they can also do this with their neighbors). They don't care about auspicious days or shrine donations.

Ever heard of this one? And is anyone interested in joining up?

Sounds like an interesting and beneficial viewpoint.
