was Jesus implying that heaven is here in Matthew 12:28 and Luke 11:20, 17:21

Matt 12:28 NIV But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

or within the earthly body? even the human body as in Matthew 6:10

10‘Your kingdom come.
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven."
This say that the Kingdom is in Heaven. What is the Kingdom in heaven? Demons are spiritual beings, Jesus has a way to enter the kingdom and He teaches His listeners know how.

I think the implication is that the Kingdom is both now and not yet.
Jesus proclaims God’s reign as already at work in his ministry, while anticipating its fullest realization in the future.

The Kingdom is a real government, w/ Jesus as King. Isaiah 9:6
It has real military power. Daniel 2:44
It will accomplish God's "will...on earth". Matthew 6:9-10
It will be a world government, bringing peace & justice. Daniel 7:13-14; Isaiah 9:7; Psalms 46:9

When Jesus was on earth, if he told some the Kingdom had "overtaken" them, or that it was 'in their midst', he was referring to himself...he represented God's Kingdom, as King-designate.

Take care.
