I see that reading graphs is not your forte. It stops in 2018. The ultimate source is on the graph, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, but here is a link to an article that I got it from:

In other words the uptick was not due to Trump's action and now that that overseas demand has dropped jobs are apt to fall again.

The coal issue is just another pinata for the Dem's to slam hoping enough people get on board that after enough hits it'll all become truth pouring out of a fabrication.
Trump could find the cure for cancer. The Left would carp and say, yes, but it was there already under Obama. The Donald is just claiming the glory .
I love this Washington Post article from February of last year . At first blush it seems like the journalist is just another partisan left-slant writer. But as you read you'll see that's not the case at all.

Where are there any "clean coal" plants? It appears that you do not even know what that is.
Clean coal is not scrubbing sulfur.
And that is only one of the unsolved and unsolvable problems of coal. Coal is one of the dirtiest materials two harvest on a per capita basis. Much of West Virginia is devastated as a result.
Try not to fall for propaganda sites put out by those pushing their products. You might as well have gone to tobacco companies for information on how they do not cause lung cancer.

Oh, please. Stop making excuses for a woman who was actually never going to win the election. And Sanders, who had sworn he would fight all the way to the DNC for his nomination, back peddled on that oath after he had a meeting with BHO & HRC. And then ended up endorsing HRC at the DNC.
How do I know this? Watch the "hearings", which one Congress person rightly described as a political theater, when Comey was being grilled during the HRC email investigation.
One question in particular that was put to Comey was one that asked, were an FBI employee to do what HRC had done regarding her email's and lies concerning her handling of classified information via her personal, illegal, basement server, would bring consequences to that FBI employee.
Yes, Comey admitted and gave details pertaining to such a hypothetical. He was later asked were HRC , knowing what Comey's investigation revealed about her, and what we didn't know at the time of these hearings was Comey had exonerated her of wrong doing, would HRC qualify for a security clearance so as to work for the FBI.
Comey said, likely not.
Now, when HRC was deemed by a woman whom Obama, her co-conspirator, claimed was the most qualified candidate since Jefferson for the office of CiC, is said to not, in a hypothetical, someone who would qualify for a security clearance to work for the FBI, it is impossible for her to then qualify for the higher clearance afforded the Commander in Chief/president of the United States.
Impossible.
This is the thing. Before someone gets on the ticket to run as a candidate for that office they're vetted for that clearance. If they do not qualify they do not get to run for that office.Why? It is a waste of time because someoen who cannot gain the higehst security clearance in American government is unable to gain the highest seat of power in a government office anywhere in the world.
Ergo, Trump was meant to win. That's why Sanders capitulated last minute and HRC, unfit for clearance, took his place on the ballot. She couldn't win! She wasn't able to be cleared for the security clearance that she'd need to take the office.
Comey may have written a document exhonerating her of wrong doing in the email scandal. Others may have colluded to insure she'd never be prosecuted for her multiple felonies while SoS because to do so would necessitate prosecuting her co-conspirator, that one which ordered her actions, BHO. However, the price she paid for not going to prison was that she'd never see the oval office as president.
A Congressman during BHO' last term was asked why he hasn't yet been impeached.
That Congressman said simply, because it would be viewed as racism.
BHO knew this. And exploited it.
BHO is guilty of treason. He and HRC should be in prison. But they never shall see the inside of a cell. HRC, and WJC should have long ago been incarcerated. But the witnesses that would put them there have a keen way of being victims of violent crime or committing suicide. That's a fact of criminal justice history that goes back to Bill's terms as governor of Arkansas.
And as HRC is planning another run, she's in that solely for the $. Because she kept the campaign funds, which is illegal, that she obtained for her 2016 campaign after she lost. So if she runs again she'll do the same thing. And because she's a plant.
Here's how you'll know Trump is going to win 2020.
If Sanders is on the Democrat ticket as candidate. Because that will be his reward for capitulating to Hillary in the 2016 run & endorsing her during the DNC he said he'd fight to in order to beat her out of that position.
Trump was a Democrat before he turned Republican so as to run for this office against HRC.
It's a game that the rich play. Remember Trump during the campaign? He bragged he knew how these people operate because he use to be one of them. He'd throw money at a politician and when he wanted something done he'd call them and it got done.
Trump will win 2020. I guarantee you that.

You need to check other sources. Only a small fraction of the CO2 is caught. Right now it is at a measly 10%:
"The system, designed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, captures 10% of the giant power plant’s carbon dioxide emissions (bubbling flue gas through an amine solvent silo) then compresses the CO2 into the pipeline out to West Ranch. NRG claims it to be the biggest post-combustion carbon capture and sequestration project in the world."
Ten percent makes that far from being "clean coal". Not only that at $50.00 a gallon for oil it is not economical. You can read more here:

Sites need to capture much more than a small percentage to be "clean coal".

Right, and I showed that it does not exist. Partial capture of CO2 at a net loss means that the technology does not exist. Is that so difficult to understand? For the technology to exist a large portion of the CO2 must be captured and sequestered. And it needs to be economical.
