Saw a tik tok video say don't eat Jif cuz of hydrogenated veg oil. Jif uses fully hydrogenated veg oil which doesn't produce trans fat the way partially hydrogenated veg oil does. Watch out for them misleading vids.

That seems to be right. Mind you, fully hydrogenated fats will contribute to "bad" cholesterol (LDL rather than HDL), so should be consumed in moderation.
