In Zechariah 12:1.It says god forms the spirit of a person in their body. And it says in Hebrews 12:9 that god is the father of spirits. Also in Luke 24:26-40.It says a spirit can be outside of a persons body while dead. Also it looks like a human spirit can be out of a person's body while still alive too.Like in 2 Corinthians 12:2-4.:)By the way I got all this from the King James Version of the bible. If you click on the bible verses enough. It will take you to a page that translates them.:)So what do you think about all these passages?:)

Only 1 of those Scriptures, Zechariah 12, is about ‘human’ spirit.

If you want to know what we believe & why....

Luke 24:26-40 does not speak about a spirit being outside a person's body while dead. At Luke 24:39 Jesus says that He is not a spirit.
The appearing in the room and disappearing from the disciples as they were eating seems just to be things that is possible in the new improved resurrection body.

How does God form the spirit of humans in them if they do not have a spirit? (Zech 12:1)
If we do not have a spirit how can God be our Father, since God is the Father of spirits? (Heb 12:9)
If we do not have a spirit how is it that the spirit of a man knows a man's mind just as the Spirit of God knows the mind of God? And knowing our a mind implies more than just a life force to me, how about you? (1Cor 2:11)
