Translation is as under :
[transliteration of the line: mannai tarai taaray gur sikh.]
Page 3
The faithful find the Door of Liberation.
The faithful uplift and redeem their family and relations.
The faithful are saved, and carried across with the
Sikhs of the Guru.
The faithful, O Nanak, do not wander around begging.
Such is the Name of the Immaculate Lord.
Only one who has faith comes to know such a state of mind. || 15 ||

Dr.Gopal Singh, M.A., Ph.D. : page 4 of Translation Volume 1, (P.3 of Granth):
Unto the Believer opens the Door of salvation,
And he becomes the source of his kin’s Benediction.
He himself Swims across and
those that seek His Door,
He wanders in search of Alms no more.
Such is the word Immaculate
Were one to Believe with all one’s heart. [15]
Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji vol1 :
by Dr.Gopal Singh, M.A., Ph.D.
One could see that the translation of the natural word "
sikh" been rendered to "
Sikhs" with capitalization of the word in the first translation.
Obviously, it is incorrect as it conveys that there were members of the religion Sikhism in the life of Nanak, and that is simply not true .
It is ,therefore, humbly requested that the necessary correction may please be made.
Right, please?
