Islam and cleanliness

So if someone's garment touch the floor when sitting down or he/she goes through muddy places and it might have splashes of some mud on them,is it consider unclean? If someone's private parts sweat is it consider unclean?Unclean as in najis.

None of what you've mentioned is considered as "Najis". The Najasa is only designated by the Sharia, not by what people think it is najas, because not everything that is not clean in our eyes is "najas", for example our saliva.

Use your God given brain. If you think you are dirty it will have an effect on you on your prayers and on your conduct. Do you really need another person to explain to you what is unclean? If it is not designated unclean in the Holy Quran then you must use your own intelligence and prayer. Do not surrender your intelligence to any other person.
