It seems that Hoda Muthana wants to come back to the U.S. after she left 5 years ago to go to Syria to join ISIS. Where she advocated for attacks against the U.S. Lost 3 husbands and gave birth to a child of an ISIS fighter.
Alabama woman who joined ISIS is begging to come home - CNN

As it stands now she will not be allowed back in the U.S.
Hence the "poll" and/or your comments on her request.

Voted no as her father was staff of a foreign nation on a diplomatic visa ergo she does not have the right of Jus soli. She swore allegiance to a foreign state which is renouncing citizenship even if my view of Jus soli is not agreed with.

Ironic and hilarious that Isis members want to flee to the nation which is their "great enemy".

Aye, as a dangerous foreigner who has advocated
terrorism here, she should not be allowed in the country.

Americans are the strangest people. Someone tries to seek asylum legally and you lock them up indefinitely as a deterrent.

But an American citizen actually commits treason and you can’t be bothered to deal with it.

Her citizenship is in question.

There needs to be some investigation here. She is a potential danger.

Your facts are wrong. No asylum seeker is ever locked up indefinitely, though they should be till their case is heard and a decision rendered. Family units, i.e, with children, are detained for a max of 20 days, no longer.

She never participated in combat, as far as we know.

We are quite happy that she and her terrorist spawn are living in some **** hole camp in a like country and will be banished to the like for the rest of her life.

She wanted to live and fight for allah, she should now reap the reward he has provided for her.

The UK has a similar issue, Shamima Begum, who was only 15 when she fled the country to become an Isis bride.
She now wants back in the UK.

I think it is more complicated because she was legally a child when she left. The Government have apparently rescinded her citizenship. She now is a citizen of nowhere.

It is not simple...in theory she has killed no one but condoned the doing so by others.
If she comes back she should be tried but as an adult.
I worry that by denying her citizenship she will become a rallying call and recruit more soldiers and the like for Islamic terrorism.
The other thing is if she came back to the UK she is a marked woman, some mad right wing vigilante will be after her and she will need protection. Even in prison she will need solitary confinement.

It could be viewed simply....
Is this foreigner someone you want to come live in your country?

But the current situation is this....
- She's a foreigner wanting to immigrate.
- You must decide if she will be a benefit
or a detriment to the country.
No, she's not..or wasn't until the UK Government rescinded her citizenship. An act that is believed to be illegal.
Don't get me wrong, she should have the book thrown at her and be interrogated to find out where her ideology was learned.
But banning her is a rallying call to all who hate the west.

She joined a terrorist organization and called for violent terrorists acts to be committed. And now she is free to go anywhere in the world. The American authorities have a perfect opportunity here to make her pay for her crimes but just can’t be bothered. If she returns to ISIS or some other terrorist organization, or does something herself, remember this wasted opportunity to lock her up.
