Is/Was Your Job Physically Demanding or Painful?

I have carpal tunnel syndrome in my dominant hand and cubital tunnel syndrome in both hands. Nerve compression can be extremely annoying and painful to live with, so I'm glad you've recovered. I hope you stay injury-free in your new job as well.

As for the spelling, both "tendonitis" and "tendinitis" are correct and used. :)
The best solution I found for tendonitis is a series of stretching and loosening exercises... Some of them are shown on YouTube but I have a video that is much better.

At 77, my body feels like it was put in a cement mixer. However, I belong to the "Use It or Lose It Club", so I just keep chugging along-- just slower.

I also use my own version of yoga largely to help give me relief from a bad neck injury that left my left hand partially paralyzed, and also sciatica and a knee operation. I do tons of yard work at this time of year, and I do my own snow shoveling in the winter.

"That which doesn't kill ya just makes ya tougher", although I think my wife is going to kill me one of these days because I just won't stop-- that's until she has a project she wants me to do. :emojconfused:
