Mr. Epstein was an embarrassment to Mr Trump among others like Bill Clinton, however he was also an embarrassment to himself. When he felt the full brunt of public outcry and censure and was thrown into jail something happened. Either he killed himself, or a cop did or a guard or a fellow prisoner. Its not enough to demonstrate an insidious cabal.
Also a cabal is not necessary to explain pedophilia. Pedophilia is difficult to stop because its natural as is rape and as is violence. We're putting a stop to it, because its not good. Natural however it is. it is endemic and in the human genome, something that appears on its own.
Now suppose you can convince every legislator that its not natural, not endemic and that it comes from a cabal. How does that help resolve the problem? How does a cabal even explain why humans have this tendency?
The two guards at Epstein's jail who went to sleep on duty, were tested for drugs, and were found to have laughing gas in their blood. A third guard is thought to be the main source of all the cameras being shut down and then allowing for some one to get into the jail. As for Epstein, there is now a legal case in the courts which supposedly has proof that Epstein worked for 10 foreign intelligent services which used Epstein's rape videos to blackmail leading citizens. One of the names on Epstein's plane manifest was "John Roberts". A current court case filing suggests that the two children John Roberts adopted, came from Epstein, who trafficked in children. Black mail would been a method of getting Roberts to vote for Obamacare, which would answer a lot of answered questions.
As for a cabal necessary to explain pedophilia, it isn't. It is only necessary to plant the seeds in seminary school and to keep it quiet. Rape, violence and murder isn't natural behavior. It is psychotic behavior. Apparently some of the court allegations about Epstein was that he kept videos which included snuff videos, whereas the elites were forced to rape children and then kill them. This would later be used for blackmail. It seems strange, but John Roberts, who had problems with Scalia over the Obama care vote, apparently had communications which was asking who would replace Scalia. The communication occurred two days before Scalia died at a camp in Texas with ties to Satanist, the same kind of people with ties to Epstein. Also included in the cabal, was former vice president Pence, who vetted all new appointees for the White House, for which many wound up to be deep swamp members.
As for the term cabal, the Vatican mafia was the word used by the cardinal who represented the Vatican to the U.S.. I see them as having the same meaning. These cabal exist in the dark, but as with termites, they quickly die under the light.
