I’m sure there’s a logical fallacy in there somewhere. Since you’re not interested in contributing to the thoughtful discussion please see yourself out.
What thoughtful discussion? That trashy article didn't spark one and has been proven wrong that that case isn't being covered in the media. So what is there to discuss?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
The media isn't race obsessed. It's money obsessed.

Media outlets exists to sell advertising. They need to capture people's attention so they can expose them to the advertising. And the media outlets have discovered that stories about racism, sexism, politics and social strife capture people's attention. So they look for those stories and exaggerate them as much as the can. Because the more attention they gain from it, the more money they make from the advertising.
The clickbait generation.

False. Article focused on national media, which was shown to be true. You didn’t bother reading the article so you have no standing to comment.

Most murders don't make it to the national media. We have people shot to death all the time in my city and their names or faces aren't mentioned. Not every murder is going to generate a news frenzy.

It was just mentioned on ABC World News Tonight.
You didn’t read the article so you don’t get it. You don’t even know what we’re talking about as evidenced by the fact you think ABC mentioning it tonight somehow validates your point and contradicts what the author of the article said. Thanks for playing though.

Wasnt the article whining about the story not being covered in the national news?

I don’t know.

@tytlyf Got it right paraphrasing there is no outcry when extreme injustice is done. All peoples of all races are opposed to the actions so the news story is Dropped extremely quickly. There is no public split murdering a child is wrong. When it comes to the police Killing an unarmed or innocent man there is a story. People quickly take both sides and unfortunately it becomes biased. In truth it is wrong that the police kill anyone that is innocent or unarmed and the police force needs better training but there is a Racial Bias that can be seen in the statistic's being overly one sided and the political response to these incidents. The fact that people refuse to believe the statistics indicates that it is embedded racism.
