is the law of attraction in the bible and compatible with the teachings of the bible?

I would venture to say that one could take quotes and relate them to the law of attraction (as with many other things). This person has: Law of Attraction Bible Quotes and Verses - Apply the Law of Attraction
That said, I'm sure that there would be those that would interpret those same quotes to mean something entirely different.

Like most things, I suppose, though I do agree with the compiler.
I suppose by thinking negatively you might reject receiving good things that come your way. And thinking positively might make you notice good opportunities. But I doubt the mind controls the operations of the physical universe.

There is no where in the bible as such a law of Attraction.
How else would anyone find the right person to marry or have a girlfriend/boyfriend.if they didn't have some sort of lust for each other.
In the bible Matthew 5:27-28 Jesus saying
27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart"
Now if a person noticed ( adultery)
Seeing that Adultery only pertains to those who are married. So these two verse has nothing at all to do with those who are Single.
As for a Single person, whether it be man/woman, to lust after each other nothing wrong in that.
As anyone may haved lust after the other one, to be his/ her girlfriend/boyfriend.
Husband/wife.
Now if a person wishes to follow man's teachings then a single person to lust in having the man/woman as their
girlfriend/boyfriend. husband/ wife.
Then by man's teachings that would be a sin.
But according to God that is no sin, for a single person to lust in having a
woman/ man as their girlfriend/boyfriend
Husband/wife.
