The Bible has all sorts of false "morals" that only reflect the economic realities of that time and have little to with right and wrong. It is exactly what one would expect of a book written by men and fails in quite a few ways when one compares it to what one would expect from an omniscient omnipotent god.

Voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried person is: fornication. Illicit sex outside of scriptural marriage.
I find the death penalty as found at Deuteronomy 22:23-24 the death penalty for consensual sex because she did Not scream for help.
Screaming would indicate rape, but to Not scream could be taken as consent leading to being punishable by death.

Fornication ( from the Greek word porneia ) is scriptural grounds for divorce.
The reason Jesus did Not use the word adultery is because 'porneia ' covers more than sex outside of marriage.
It includes any form of un-natural sex. In other words, sex with an animal would be scriptural grounds for divorce.
The man (or woman) would be committing adultery if divorced on un-scriptural grounds.

That is found under Jewish Law as found in the Tanakh. If you are a Christian, as I assume you are, then the details of Jewish Law does not necessarily apply to you. For example, do you keep kosher?
Secondly, your position is pro-death, thus not pro-life. The death penalty was allowed in eretz Israel because of the lack of prisons, so those who could get the death penalty could flee to refugee towns but could never leave. And, over and over again, the prophets called for "mercy", not more blood to be shed. Today, all countries have jails and prisons, thus one is simply pro-death if they insist on the death penalty when there are other less lethal options. People in prison can change, and many do, so do you actually believe in repentance and forgiveness?
So, in reality, are you pro-life or pro-death?

Christians believe that the Bible is God's Word, we believe God told us everything He wanted us to know through the Bible.
The reason we believe the Bible is God's Word, is every prophesy has has come to pass so we believe that all future prophesies will also be fulfilled.
The Bible has proved to be an accurate account of human history, so there's no reason to doubt it's reliability.

Another proof you can't be sacrificed first as a man.
You have to be heathy living highest form man to get sacrificed. The heaven angel image formed animal and human images as life attacked formed first.

The truth of course is, that it either is or isn't. What other book has it's prophetic accuracy? You mentioned one thing, if people obeyed the one you mentioned, would they fare better or worse? There is of course no better marriages than those which have God in it as well Ecc 4:12
