Intimacy With God

ΩRôghênΩ

Disciple of Light
Peace be with you, fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

A beautiful thing which is unsurpassed in our universe is love. love, in the Christian doctrine, is the greatest of the great, because it is the greatest attribute of the Dvinity.

The God of Israel (Adonai), the God of Light, The spirit of this universe, is an intimate being which only wishes to be returned love after creating this world as something to express love to. it wishes to be intimate with its creations.

But the strange thing is that God will not force us to love him. and this is perfectly understandable. Because love is only artificial if it does not have choice. in Choosing to love something, you are providing true love. So in this fact, The father wishes to test us with a life which will allow us to either choose to deny him or take up the cross, and show him love.

The reward of this love is heaven, and eternal unity with him. Something beyond any earthly pleasures. Something divine.

That was nice, Enhanced Spirit, very good.

The first post, um, Heaven is not so much a reward, as it is a free gift. But there are rewards, too, but salvation is free.

You call yourself Lord and desire praise from us.

You want something in return for your hard work?

I thought it was a gift.

And can you name the seven spirits of God?

to be fair, i thought it was a brilliant letter, and this is not an opportunity for a "how much do you know about God" quiz!

Does love (agape) seek a reward, Lord Roghen?

Did God create us to love Her? If so, is that God's reward for creating us?

Would it be love (agape) of God if we loved (philos) Her for the sake of Heaven?

I agree with you, Lord Roghen, that love can be a beautiful thing which is unsurpassed in our universe. I see that as essential to the message of Christianity.
