    1. Are you buying a PS5 or XBox Two? Which one?

    2. What is your favorite video game of all-time?

    3. Will you be picking up a new console Black Friday?

    4. Do you think gamers will move even more toward smartphone gaming in the future rather than on consoles?

    5. Are you ready for 8K TVs?

    6. Nintendo Switch, yay or nay?

    7. Has your opinion of EA dipped even more in recent years?

    8. Do you still play the newest Final Fantasy games?

    9. What video game has the best soundtrack?

    10. Favorite PC game?

    1. I’m leaning towards PS5 since the Sony exclusives have impressed me so far
    2. Oh god, that’s difficult. Umm Red Dead Redemption II is up there. Enjoy the hell out of Arkham City and PS4 Spider-Man
Ahh too many to choose from!!
    3. We don’t have Black Friday where I live. What is it?
    4. Yes.
    5. Eh.
    6. Yay
    7. Hell yes
    8. I haven’t played a FF game in years. But I want to get back into them. I played them mostly on friend’s consoles back in the day. So I never played all the content
    9. Not best, but for nostalgia Dave Mirra’s (sp?) BMX for the PS 2 or the Tony Hawk PS 1/2 games. Oh the baby punk memories.
    10. Age of Empires.

It's a shopping holiday around Thanksgiving in the United States where a lot of items temporarily get discounted to 60-75% the retail price, including game consoles.

    1. Both.
    2. Hard to choose. GoldenEye, Tony Hawk Pro Skater and Turok 2 on the N64, I suppose.
    3. No.
    4. No.
    5. No.
    6. No. I haven't had a Nintendo system since I was a kid.
    7. No. I get to play a lot of games for free with my EA Access account so I don't have a reason to hate on them.
    8. No. I haven't played a Final Fantasy game since the PS2 and I didn't care for it much.
    9. Halo and the Silent Hill games. The Tony Hawk games got me into a lot of punk bands as a kid.
    10. I'm not a PC gamer.

Don't do most consoles so have removed some questions.

Depends on the day. Right now I'm a big fan of autochess games and Starbound.

I think the smartphone market is already much bigger and well established than the console market, it's just that people have already been sold the idea that hardcore gamers play PC/Console and casual gamers play phone games.

Initially thought it was a glorified tablet. For the most part that is still true, but a very neat direction merging console and handheld.
    I'm not rich, so nope.

I only do PC gaming, and like Diablo II and World of Warcraft Classic.

    1. Neither. With an overall crappy and lacking library of the 4/1, I just don't see a point in 5/2.
    2. Castlavania; Metroid; Zelda; Final Fantasy
    3. Nope
    4. Not sure. I've heard a lot about "cloud gaming," so it's hard telling. Especially if they get too enthusiastic about cloud gaming and neglect those who don't have access to internet that can use services like Playstation Now.
    5. I don't even have a 4K.
    6. Yes, maybe, I really want to play Zelda: Breath of the Wild and the remake of Metroid 2.
    7. In recent years only?
    8. I dabbled in 11, a bit in 12, and one other one. Haven't bothered with them sense.
    9. Castlevania, with Diablo 2 as a very close runner up
    10. That is a really hard one. Neverwinter Nights comes to mind, as do the Elder Scrolls, Diablo 1 and 2, Starcraft 1, Warcraft 2 and 3, earlier Command & Conquer games, the earlier shooters like Doom, Wolfenstein, and Dark Forces, Black and White was tons of fun, with Sim City and Roller Coaster Tycoon also worthy of an honorable mention. And I suppose King's Quest also must be mentioned, along with Oregon Trail. Corncob 3D and Hugo's House of Horrors were also great games. The 7th Guest still to this day is an amazing and fun game (especially if it's been long enough since you've played that you don't remember solutions). Epic Pinball still stands as one of the very few decent video game pinball games. I feel like I should mention Myst, but perhaps not because even for "back then" it was just brutal overkill to toss you into a game with less than table scraps as to what's going on. But it was a pretty world, at least. Lemmings Paintball was also great.

That and Redemption are two games I forgot to mention and am kicking myself for not doing so.

    Neither.

That's a tough one to narrow down. Maybe TF2, but I got so burnt out on it that I haven't touched it in years.

Maybe one of those retro consoles with built in games, but I doubt it.

No. the mobile gaming market is mostly super-casual, pay-to-win, and saturated with half-*** cloned garbage. A touch screen isn't precise or responsive enough for anything outside of puzzles, RPGs, strategies, etc.
    Couldn't care less.

If I were to get a console, this would be it.

My opinion of EA can't get much lower. They've shuttered many great studios and ruined many great series.

Haven't played any past 6 (when it was "3" on SNES in U.S.)
Another one that's nearly impossible to narrow down. Speaking of FF6, it's soundtrack was seared into my brain since playing through it when I was a kid.

I know I've already said TF2, but the Dungeon Keeper games by Bullfrog are pretty high up there (another studio/series killed by EA).

    1. Xbox Two more than likely (I have never been a Sony fan).

    2. Legend of Zelda: OoT will always hold a special place in my heart. As will Elder Scrolls 3-5. Mass Effect 1-3 is also on my list. Yes, it;s more than one. Call it a top 3.

    3. Nope, never buy first gen.

    4. Probably not, although smart phone games are not going away, it won't displace consoles or computers.

    5. Those are a thing? Neat. Nope; I'm broke.

    6. No opinion. I would love one. See point 5.

    7. Never had a high opinion of them to begin with. Worse now.

    8. Last one I played was FFXIII, and was not a fan of it. Played VII once when I was like 10, couldn't understand it, never tried again.

    9. Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2/3 (can't remember specifically.). Guitar Hero should be on this as well, lol.

    10. Age of Empires 2

    It exists
Back years ago when my kids were young, on PS2, they liked watching me play God of War, Need for Speed, Grand Theft Auto and BurnOut(they would play but it seemed more fun for them watching me play because I could quickly advance through the levels). Now with my grandson on PS4, he likes Need for Speed and God of War(Kya watching me play them for him).
The older games with my kids it was Banjo Kazooie as the top game, I can't remember which play it was on though.

    1. Nope.

    2. The games I've sunk the most hours into are Skyrim, Guild Wars 2, Total War: Warhammer 2 and Dead by Daylight (real love/hate relationship with DbD). If I had to pick one to play for the rest of my life, I'd go Total War.

    3. Nope.

    4. Yes and No. More people are going to play them but I don't see people abandoning consoles/pc in order to play them exclusively.

    5. Never been especially fussed about new tech.

    6. Never played on one.

    7. Yes. Pushing gambling as hard as they are is low even for a AAA publisher.

    8. Never got into Final Fantasy.

    9. Can't pick just one so I'll give a short list: Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, The Binding of Isaac, Skyrim (that one song at least. Genuinely gives me chills), Darkest Dungeon.

    10. Got to give it to Total War: Warhammer 2 if we go by desert island rules.
