that that's bull.I used to know a father whose son has aspergers. The father once said to me (not sure how much he was joking) that all men have aspergers. What do you make of that?
I don't know enough autistics in person to answer.Hmm...I'm not even sure how possible it is to answer this, but I meant more in terms of personal experience. How autism impacts on how you see the world.
It's most likely a ridiculous question, and I'm fine with you telling me so. But it's more about your personal thoughts and feelings.
I've worked with kids on the spectrum (although not extremely so) and am somewhat familiar with the more general, rule of thumb information.
Personally I can't see any characteristics that might suggest aspergers and I've known him a long time. But then what his wife describes sounds like menone but be supportive.

Good grief, certainly.@Secret Chief One thing you might find useful is to know that one reason aspergers is no longer diagnosed in the US is its not considered useful and Hans Asperger was a Nazi sympathizer who sent disabled kids to their deaths.I do think in countries that do diagnose aspergers should move to change the name because of what Asperger did
