Yes, well, that is what I perceive the Bible to be saying. To recap, because it is essential to understanding the rest of the Biblical account, first came Adam and Eve (of the human race), then came their children, and then came their children's children, etc. Until the present time.

He gave the first two humans free choice. As far as unrestricted, it stands to reason a person will hurt himself if he tries to hurl himself on a wall. In other words, God is God and we are not. We have restrictions.

Nothing can trump God's original words to humanity. The story of Noah cursing Canaan, makes a mockery of God's blessing, on several levels. It is therefore a false event put in retrospect ively to justify what the Israelites did to the Canaanites. It is a trite concocted story and marks the beginning of man- made tribal self interest.

So then what do you believe about the curse put on Adam in the Garden of Eden after he disobeyed his Maker?

The penalty for the choice we made and even then God showed mercy, they did not die and God provided for them.

This will never work outside stuff like FB or voluntary associations. It would be tyranny by government all based on ad populum and PC fallacious arguments. If enforce it is against freedom of religion. It would be repeating European history like the Reformation just with a happy face on top.

    Standard regressive progressive idea.

As opposed to tyranny caused by interpretation of outdated, violent and antisocial verses.. I suggest you re read the OP a little bit more carefully. Who said anything about governments?

    Only if government is involved.

"The rulings would be binding on all Rabbis, Priests, Vicars, Imams and so on ...........and if the rules are broken that teacher/preacher should be held accounatble."

Government is required to enforce a legally binding contract. Government is required to make someone accountable.

You used words you didn't know the meaning of. Simple as that.
