I know 2 different women with simular stories, both started with lustful feelings out of the blue with no external stimuli for the thoughts. Then felt like being groped and turned into feeling like they were having sex. Both thought I must be dreaming and tried to get up but was unable to pinned down at the hips. 1 panicked and kept struggling and it quit but would happen on and off over a period of a month and she ended up moving then it stopped. She went to a shrink that told her was a wet dream. The other kept thinking it was a dream, felt like lasted an hour or so, was sweating and climaxed and never happened again. Both said they didnt wake up after the feeling stopped. So how could it be a dream and how do u explain what happened?
