Not illegal, but it should be.
Illegal, no... horrible idea... very much so.
Drinking is illegal while driving because it's on public
roads, & it results in 10,000 or so deaths per year.

so there aren't cops providing an enforcement mechanism.
Moreover, I'll bet that deaths due to shooting while drunk
are minimal.
Still, drinking & shooting should be kept separate.

In some states it is illegal to carry (and shoot) while intoxicated, in some states maybe. It definitely could be considered negligent to fire while intoxicated and most states, of which I am aware, have statutes regarding negligent discharge of firearms.
However, you are not likely to be intoxicated by one or two drinks.

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
As long as the person hasn't shot any of the full bottles , they would be fine.
It depends on your age and location. For example drinking in a mall can be disorderly conduct and shooting a gun at the same time definitely illegal.
Another example a 15 year old drinking in NJ and shooting a gun in his backyard without a permit both illegal.
