If the Bible was first discovered in the Qumran caves near the Dead Sea...

Jerusalem still existed ..

When the Roman Emperor Hadrian vowed to rebuild Jerusalem from the wreckage in 130 AD, he considered reconstructing Jerusalem as a gift to the Jewish people.

The Jews awaited with hope, but after Hadrian visited Jerusalem, he was discouraged from doing so by a Samaritan (according to rabbinic sources). He then decided to rebuild the city as a Roman colony, which would be inhabited by his legionaries. Hadrian's new city was to be dedicated to himself and certain Roman gods, in particular Jupiter.

following the Bar Kokhba revolt, Emperor Hadrian renamed Iudaea Province with the new name of Syria Palaestina, dispensing with the name of Judea.[ The city was renamed "Aelia Capitolina"

Yes, that's history. Pretty interesting, too.
Hard to believe that the focus of the Abrahamic religion was soon to move to
Rome itself - to many Jews it was the ultimate insult.
But John was speaking of another time, and I infer he was speaking of a
Christian time, and its apostasy. Jesus and Paul also spoke of this far future
Christian apostasy.

Not sure what you mean? Before the birth of Christ Rome already had a sizeable Jewish community.

Before it had barely begun, biblical figures were prophesying the fall of Christianity.
Jesus spoke of the time of the "Gentiles being fulfilled" (in the return of the Jews)
And Paul spoke of a 'falling away' before Christ's return.
And John spoke of a distant future when Christianity, in its triumphant state, begins
to quickly fall apart.

You mean John of Patmos? He wasn't writing about the distant future. He was writing about the immediate future of Israel. Be careful of the Dominionists and Dispensationalists .

Most of Revelation was fulfilled before 200 AD.

Revelation Chapter 11

And by extension - what Jesus and Paul also said is in that vein?
This idea holds that the bible isn't a book for all people and all times - it's just a local account
about transient political issues. Thus the bible can expediently be dismissed.

Vein?

No that's not true.. That's some cockamamie excuse by the same Scofield heretics.

10 fulfilled prophesies. Jesus cared about the people of the first century.

One I marvel at in Revelations are the two dragons - red and white.
White represents false religion and red represents... what?... could it be Communism?
Red dragon wars against the white (Communism vs religion)
Red "seizes the child from its mother." (even today with Cultural Marxism)
Red claims a 'third of the stars of heaven' (third of the earth?)
Those who love the Red give their mind and power to him (ideological thought)
Red is, and he isn't (all Marxist statement are factual, but not truthful)

You see, you can make Revelations appear to say anything. But the fall of the
Christian churches is the clincher - and its in our day.

What verses are you interpreting to mean the fall of Christian churches?
