These are not natural values. They're learned, socialized, values, and are paper -thin.Humans have conscience, and most people like virtues like like peace, truth, kindness, justice, love, forgiverness, goodness. So it is a good argument for the existence of God.
Why posit a magical personage designing this conscience, when there's a perfectly reasonable, familiar, tested source for it -- Natural Selection.
In-group loyalty, altruism, and coöperation was crucial to the survival of our species throughout the entirety of our existence. It was selected for, just as bipedalism or color vision was.
But the human conscience does not naturally extend beyond our natural societies -- small, hunter-gatherer bands. Moral consideration beyond our own band was not only useless, it hindered competition and aggression, so was not selected for.
