You're probably sick of chocolate....I feel really sick right but...
...there is this chocolate cake downstairs.
The hell?
Ew, ice cream. Not a big fan of chocolate cake, unless there is ice cream involved. For some reason that combination is magic. You probably don't have any ice cream.
Have someone go to the store, and buy some ice cream. By the time that they get back you should be feeling better and will be able to eat the cake properly.
Ew, ice cream.
Shop is about 2 and a half miles away.

But, I have a problem. It is called the sugar brain. So, if I have a brownie, I have to have another one........and another one........How is that a dilemma? The answer is clearly yes!

Good point, but I don't think it will work, though I have read that even only five minutes of vigorous exercise before eating will cause appetite suppression.Go for a long walk afterwards, and then . . . reward yourself with a brownie.
