I have no idea what this word means ? Is this bad or good ? And should I take offense to this word ?

A boyish looking man in his late teens to 20s, and is usually thin/slender. It might mean the person was attracted to you.

I suppose I take offense to that I don't want people to think that I look like a boy.
It's a gay slang term, too. I thought I mentioned that in my post but I didn't.
Unfortunately for @Massimo2002, it is usually a term used by gay men to refer to such persons.

It's a term in the gay community to refer to a boyish man, who is usually seen as attractive and desirable.
Kind of like calling a girl nubile.
