I don't have the language skills needed.

I just woken up and I know I was dreaming about last nights discussion of the two OP's I made.
And I gain the insight to that my English language skills are insufficient to explain my belief, how I understand something to be.
To me my belief is very clear, but when writing it down in RF it seems like some people can not understand what my words mean. And that is on me, not them.

Until I find a better way of communications I may speak less about religious topics. I get so drained from trying to explain and there is questions I can not answer, today I woke up with no energy at all, and it means it's time for me to not continue discussion for sometime.

I will discuss non religious topics.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Even with perfect language skills some people's minds just don't work in a way that they can understand. Some have not had experiences that they can relate to what you are writing about. Some topics have had books written about them and even then they are obscure. Some people use threads as "soap boxes" to say what is on their mind no matter what you write. And even with English as a first language, writing can be hard - I wrestle with how to say things and am not satisfied with the result from time-to-time.

But feeling drained does sound like a message to relax for a bit.

Your English seems good to me. Not perfect, but perfectly coherent.

Don't worry...it happens to many non native English speakers, here.:heartpulse:
It is so difficult to translate the thoughts I usually express in my native language, into English.
I have been learning English since elementary school, but it still is not that easy to express feelings, emotions, impressions...properly.

In my native language I would be more precise, I would use so many figures of speech.
It is a very, very versatile language, my mothertongue.
When I express myself in English, I am so preoccupied with the order of the sentence, grammar...and so on.

    I understand.

English is my first and only language, and I speak it well in my head. However, when it comes out of my mouth, I screw it up. I sometimes stutter, pause, mispronounce, flip pro-nouns(its especially hard if I have to say he and she in the same sentence) and generally struggle a bit to find my correct words.

It can sometimes be hard for what I mean to be what I say.

Sometimes people don't understand things not because of the language, but because the ideas presented are foreign to them. They try to frame it through their own thought processes, but not all ideas translate over well. I can't help but wonder if that's a bit of the issue here. But, if you're feeling drained, its best to turn to other topics for a bit...

So... do you like cheese? :)

I don't take their "critique" personal, but I realized that since my belief is personal and meant for my spiritual journey, I wanted to explain how it happened to me, but when the same questions come again and again, just dressed a bit differently, my mind get numb

I do not believe my spiritual understanding are supposed to make sense to other than me, if I can understand it, that's the important part.

If you like it, its all that counts. Are you vegan?

Its come a long way since my vegan days... It doesn't taste exactly like cheese, but its not a bad taste on its own. One can enjoy it for what it is.

Its kinda cool to see vegans can buy premade pizza now. That would have been a luxury back then...

I would say right now I am between vegetarian and vegan, I do not think I go full vegan, because it's much harder to get enough protein, and other very important non vegan ingredients

I think this explain a lot to me why I experience life the way I do.
It is a list to explain over-sensitivity ( something I am aware of within me)

    19 Signs You’re a Highly Sensitive Person
Mother of the discovery, Elaine Aron, has been researching the highly sensitive person for over 20 years now. As such, she has a finely tuned list of traits and behavioral quirks that define the highly sensitive person. I’ve refined some of these traits below. See how many you can relate to:

    1. I’m aware of subtleties and nuances in different environments, e.g., a tap dripping too loudly, a light bulb burning too brightly, etc.
    2. I’m easily overwhelmed by the senses. Loud noises, strong smells, tastes, and light affect me negatively, e.g., the pounding music of nightclubs, loud busy freeways, and strong perfumes.
    3. I need to withdraw from busy days and take a break, or a nap, by myself.
    4. I’m overly sensitive to pain, e.g. needles, sports injuries, insect stings, etc.
    5. I become spooked and startled easily.
    6. I like to take my time, and not overload myself with too many activities as it drains and overwhelms me.
    7. I prefer to avoid violent TV shows and movies.
    8. I find it hard to adapt to changes in my life.
    9. I tend to ruminate and process information deeply.
    10. I’m empathic. I’m aware of the way people feel around me, and when any slight change occurs in them.
    11. Emotional environments tend to affect me deeply.
    12. I’m often perceived as being introverted or shy.
    13. I’m profoundly moved by nature, the arts or music.
    14. I tend to be more philosophically and spiritually-orientated.
    15. I feel unusually strong emotions.
    16. I avoid and deeply dislike confrontation of any kind.
    17. I prefer to not be observed when fulfilling tasks: it unsettles me.
    18. I tend to avoid situations that are too intense or chaotic.
    19. I seem to process the world at a very deep level.

I struggle with a good lot of that, too.

Odd question... Is loud music sometimes hard to 'hear'? Like its so loud you can't process it?

Yes, I have to use earplugs to be able to stand high music or city noises.

Sometimes my husband plays music too loudly, and I ask him to turn it down. He'll ask why, because I like the song, and I tell him its so loud I can't hear it. He thinks I'm nuts, of course, butI don't know of any other way to explain it. Curious if others struggled with it.

A cup of hot coffee will always help. :D
It does not help being overly sensitive. Be a little hard-headed.

For me, sounds like slurping, burping, sound 10 times higher than people who are less sensitive to sound...and I have to leave the room, because I feel physically unwell

Your English is excellent, you express yourself very well. When you talk about spiritual principles, some people genuinely don’t understand; many others wilfully refuse to. In any case, it’s not you.

Your English is very good. But I know what you mean. Explaining abstract concepts without being clumsy can be very challenging, unless one has an enormous vocabulary in the language.
