Watching videos of kids in bathing suits, trunks, or whatever else on YouTube isn't illegal. People can't just assume someone's intention in watching videos. Nevertheless, paedophiles watch videos of kids on YouTube - who is surprised? What is the offence? I guess soon zoophiles are going to be targeted for watching videos of huskies. If it were on RedTube, sure, be concerned.

I did. It sounds like YouTube has an algorithm for this, for some reason. It doesn't bother me though, because YouTube's recommended videos aren't always the most brilliant for anyone, paedophiles, zoophiles, teleiophiles or anyone else. Pritty much everyone I know has been confused at YT's recommendations at some point. Right now, for some reason, I have a recommended video from The Sun newspaper!

Let's say they did. This has absolutely no bearing on paedophiles. They will search for whatever they like on YT the same as anyone else. I can't really see a problem here. There's nothing wrong with a paedophile watching videos of kids on YT that are completely legal, recommended or not. I'd rather people watch videos of kids on YouTube than cp, and get off legally.

Next you're going to tell me that city parks, public swimming pools and school playgrounds cater to pedophiles because there are kids there.

Could be a useful tool for interpol and police if it attracts molesters. I don't think that the 400,000 views represent child molesters, but it might represent a tangible way using big data to identify leads. If I were hunting child molesters I'd pay attention, maybe use this as one of many variables in a search algorithm that identified people to do some research on. Similarly if I were looking for bank robbers or car thieves I might pay attention to channels about lock picking.

I don't think so. I'd much rather they did and use legal content instead of illegal content. It hurts no-one and it gives them the sexual satisfaction they need, thus preventing a build-up of repressed sexual aggression. If you leave them with no sexual satisfaction options, what do people expect?

Yes, it does. It lessons sexual repression and gives them a legal outlet. But this isn't even child porn; they are legal videos. So there is literally no problem.

Exactly that! They can't get rid of or change their attractions. Creative, legal, and safe means of them finding some gratification is immeasurably better than the alternative.
