How do I worship these two deitys? I think I was introduced to the religion because of these signs that kept occurring. How do I worship them and ask for their assistance and what not? I am 14 years.

Set up an altar with images of the deities. These can be statues, pictures or less direct symbols. For instance, Athena is associated with owls, so you could have images of owls on your altar. Pagan gods tend to work on a reciprocal basis, so the basis of worship is offerings. Traditionally offerings in Hellenism involve food and beverages, as well as praises spoken or sung to the god(dess) in question. With food offerings to the Olympians it's standard practice to eat most (but not all) of a meal and then burn the leftovers. Since you're 14 and idk how your parents would feel about you burning stuff, it would also be acceptable (though a bit less traditional) to just leave the offered food out. Libations (liquid offerings) involve pouring a beverage into a bowl or vase and pouring it out outside as you say praises to the deity you are offering to. You can also make more abstract offerings - things like poetry, charitable service etc. Hope that helps!

I would recomend learning about their mythology, there are many english sources online, you could start with Wikipedia (which is full of related articles).

The Mythology of those deities are took among many different sources; poems, pieces of theatre, novels, philosophy/history books, so you can navigate among different articles/texts and learn a lot about it.

The 5th century of Old Athens is one of the most well-pictured epochs of antiquity by the high number of authors texts which were preserved of this time. I would recomend start with Plato, for example, which has more than 20 books picturing much of the "way of life" of his epoch -when those Deities where intensely reverenced.
