Well at least you can tell he's not being bankrolled by special interest groups.

If he was he could have afforded someone competent to handle his advertising campaigns.

It goes to personal judgment as well. If the person in charge of his advertising didn't notice these these glaring mistakes it doesn't say much for his ability to pick good people. Even poor candidates ought to know how to spell. Their job is communication after all.

That said, I can't help but wonder if the printers invariably noted the mistakes and chose to leave them in place. Muahahahaha.

Just to note: it would be an incredible stroke of (evil) genius for an opponent to print up and distribute adverts like this for the opposition, who would then have to explain that it wasn't them that made those mistakes, but someone not associated with their campaign:eek::(:mad:...yeah, sure:confused::rolleyes:...also illegal, but still...:p:cool:

this in part traces to the modern practice of teaching kids to first spell phonetically however they think the word sounds, and only later teaching them about correct spelling...
