Orang utans are marvellous. Along with gibbons they are they best animals.

Unfortunately they will probably be pretty much extinct in a decade (especially the Sumatran orang utans) because of logging, palm oil and people catching them for pets.

If you go there the number of hours you have to drive through palm oil plantations before you get to the jungle is very depressing. It isn't getting any better either.
