How Philodoxically Inclined Do Others Perceive You?

@SalixIncendium - 60% I feel I agree with the consensus here. :)

@KAT-KAT - 30% I don't really see you arguing too much, as I see you often times explore people's thoughts on things without too much judgement.

@crossfire - 60% Similar to Salixincendium, you have your convictions and you stick by em, it seems to me.

@ChristineM - 80% I definitely put you higher on the scale. You tend to not be too shy about voicing your opinions on things.

@Viker - 90% You know. :D

@Debater Slayer 80% - Same as ChristineM. Your one of the most reasonable folks on here, IMO, and your convictions are strong!

@SalixIncendium I don't see you as opinionated/argumentative but you do have knowledge that i respect (ok, creeping to staff over) and agree with. Mostly less than 50%... But... always a but... When you have a point that is opposed you can get pretty 80%

How's about dear old sweet me... Any body!
Atheism 100.
Non atheism topics. 0....

Respect, you say? Where's my respect when you ask me such questions and refuse to support them with evidence? Huh?

Okay, it depends on context, setting, and subject. When it comes to subjects I'm especially passionate about, such as feminism and LGBT rights, I'm much more inclined to argue but still stick to evidence than I would with a topic I view as largely morally inconsequential, such as whether aliens exist. I'm also not likely at all to argue over a family dinner (including for safety reasons), but I freely do it on the forum. That's where setting and context come in.

And then, of course, there's also the whole question of argument versus debate or discussion: I often prefer the latter unless I believe calling out or condemning a certain opinion is more useful or necessary than discussing it. An example of this would be openly racist or sexist views espoused by someone I viewed as intentionally and actively malicious rather than merely misinformed or indoctrinated.

I'd rate myself around 60% because, while I have a lot of strongly held beliefs, I strive to always remain open to evidence and logic. I'm situationally argumentative but not dogmatic, or at least I try not to be.

I'd rate you at around 65% or so from what I've seen of your posts here. You can be quite passionate in disagreement, but I've never thought of you as someone who ignores evidence or sound logic to maintain his beliefs.
10.
Depressingly reasoned. Must try harder.

Ageing gracefully. (The Passionate Pink and Lime Green Paisley supplies the necessary brashness, which is why I want that shirt!)
Yes. He needs a clashing style, red ties, 70's tartan suits or maybe 1980's bomber style but with a giant daffy duck patch on the back of the jacket. Could wax the mustache. An "I love Jesus" headband would confuse people, too.

You, Crossfire: sometimes you stay low in the tall grass, padding along, waiting until you see a straggling discussion that is weak and away from its mother....waiting for the moment when it is feeling its feet for the first time. And then bam, it is no more.

Yes, he can toss a good-sized salmon at you, whereas I can pelt you with numerous minnows. (Let's see if that'll up your philodox score!)

Salmon? Eh... I prefer slapping people with a wet trout.
