Broccoli and stilton soup is delightful.

Only i can't get stilton in france so Roquefort makes a good substitute

Brocolli and no cheese. I like cruciferous vegetables in about any form. I had collard greens and cornbread for lunch.

It's good, though I sometimes have problems with trying to eat broccoli raw.

I'm guessing some kind of cheese sauce? Morning brain had me thinking raw broccoli with a slice of cheese on it.

I like it as soup. Though a white cheese sauce on broccoli (or cauliflower) works well

You can. Though for me, I have texture issues with raw broccoli, I guess you would say. It's a bit hard and crunchy.

I have always had it with a cheddddar cheese (oh no, I have the bananana disease) sauce. I have never cooked with Stilton. I just get a nice cracker and slowly consume into a cheese coma.

If one is juvenile, or has a middle school level of humor there is no such thing.
