Javajo, I'm Thinking genetically along your reasoning lines.
God created the first human---man. God took from Man a "rib" and fashioned "woman" from it. The first "cloning", but not getting a "twin". Instead, a compatible mate that could reproduce the Human race.(depending upon the "seed"--("x" or "y" which united with the females "x"--simplified).

Your verses explain why a human male could NOT be the father of JESUS. ALL humans are placed under the curse of SIN and are guilty of "Death". The Holy Spirit supplied the "y"-"seed" to produce the Male Child which was both "Divine" and "human". Therefore, able to fulfill the "Redeemer"/"propitiation" role for which Jesus came to fulfill.
As a Human, Jesus had all the same attributes as we share. HE could sin/disobey any and all the various temptations which we are exposed to ---and die(not just the first death, but the second death) because of any folly of wrong willful choices. (The record is clear HE was tempted in all points like as we are--yet sinned not.)
